NCERT

The National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) is an autonomous organization established by the Government of India in 1961 to assist and advise the Central and State Governments on school education. Headquartered in New Delhi, NCERT plays a pivotal role in designing curriculum, developing textbooks, conducting educational research, and improving the quality of school education across the country. Its influence extends to millions of students studying under CBSE and various state boards that adopt or adapt NCERT resources.
