সন্মান পূৰ্বক নিবেদন এই যে আমি ৰঙিয়া মহকুমাৰ অন্তৰ্গত বনগাৱৰ স্থানীয় বাসিন্দা। আজি সুদীৰ্ঘদিন ধৰি আমি এই গাৱত বাস কৰি আহিছো বিশেষ কোনো অশান্তিৰ সৃষ্টি হোৱা নাছিল। কিন্তু আজি কিছুদিনৰ পৰা আমাৰ গাৱত সঘনে চুৰি, ডকাইতিৰ ঘটনা হৈ আছে যাৰ বাবে গাঁৱৰ মানুহৰ জীৱন আৰু সম্পত্তিৰ নিৰাপত্তা নাইকিয়া হৈছে। এই বিষয়ে ৰঙিয়া থানাত এজাহাৰ দিয়া হৈছে যদিও বিশেষ ফল ধৰা নাই।
গতিকে উপায়হীন হৈ আমি আপোনাৰ ওচৰ চাপিছো যাতে এক বিহিত ব্যৱস্থা গ্ৰহণ কৰি অতি শীঘ্ৰে আপুনি আমাৰ জীৱন আৰু সম্পত্তিৰ নিৰাপত্তা আমাক প্ৰদান কৰিব।

Respected Sir/ Madam,
With due respect we would like to state that we live in Bongaon village under Rangia Sub-division. We have been living in the village for long but we did not witness any untoward incident. But of late the incidents of theft and robbery have been taking place quiet frequently endangering life and property of the villagers. We have lodged complaints and FIR at the Rangia Police Station but without any results.
Therefore, we are praying you to do the needful to ensure our life and property by taking stringent measures immediately to curb such incidents.
We hope, you extend cooperation and sympathy for the good of the villagers.
