We regret to inform you that we received a consignment covered under your Guwahati Booking office’s Receipt No.- The parcel was in a most deplorable condition. This reached us in completely open condition and we recorded it on the receipt itself that was given to us. On examining the contents of the parcel, we found that some were missing.

            The parcel was booked under Your risk and so we cannot but hold you responsible for the loss sustained by us. We shall be obliged if you kindly remit us Rs……….as compensation for the loss.

আমি দুখেৰে আপোনাক জনাইছো যে, যোৱা…..তাৰিখে আপোনালোকৰ গুৱাহাটী বুকিং অফিচৰ……. নম্বৰৰ ৰচিদ অনুযায়ী এটা পাৰ্চেল পাও। পাৰ্চেলটো অতি শোচনীয় অৱস্থাত আছিল। পাৰ্চেলটো খোলা অৱস্থাত আছিল আৰু আমি সেইটো ৰচিদত লিপিবদ্ধ কৰিছিলো। পাৰ্চেলটোৰ ভিতৰৰ বস্তু পৰীক্ষা কৰি দেখো যে, তাত………..নাই।

            পাৰ্চেলটো আপোনালোকৰ দায়িত্বত আছিল সেয়েহে আমি এই ক্ষতিৰ কাৰণে আপোনালোকক দায়ী নকৰি নোৱাৰিলো। এতিয়া যদি আপুনি ক্ষতিপূৰণৰ বাবদ আমালৈ….টকা পঠাই দিয়ে তেতিয়াহ’লে আমি বাধিত হ’ম।
