দুখেৰে সৈতে জনাব লগা হৈছে যে, যোৱা……. তাৰিখে নিৰ্দিষ্ট প্ৰপত্ৰত মই নতুন টেলিফোনৰ বাবে আবেদন কৰিছিলো আৰু আপোনাৰ প্ৰাপ্তিস্বীকাৰৰো ৰচিদ পাইছিলো……..তাৰিখে। তাৰ পিছত দুই বছৰৰো বেছি সময় পাৰ হৈ গ’ল তথাপি আজিলৈকে মই টেলিফোন পোৱা নাই।আপোনাৰ পৰা কোনো চিঠিপত্ৰও পোৱা নাই। অনুগ্ৰহ কৰি কেতিয়ামানে মই টেলিফোন পাব পাৰো সেই বিষয়ে মোক জনাব। টেলিফোনৰ মোৰ অতি আৱশ্যক।
যিহেতু বিষয়টো ইতিমধ্যে বহুত পলম হৈ গৈছে, সেই বাবে আপুনি যদি সদয় হৈ এই বিষয়ে উপযুক্ত ব্যৱস্থা গ্ৰহণ কৰে তেতিয়াহ’লে মই বিশেষ বাধিত হ’ম।
