I beg most respectfully to state that my son…is a student of Class IX, Sec.-B, Roll-31 in your school. He has been in your school from class V and has a consistent good record of performance.
Due to illness for a long time he could not pass the Annual Examination for five marks.
So, therefore, I request, if you please promote him to class X on the basis of his past performance and save him from losing a valuable year of his career, I shall be too much pleased.

সবিনয় নিবেদন এই যে, মোৰ পুত্ৰ…………..আপোনাৰ স্কুলৰ নৱম মান শ্ৰেণী, খ শাখাৰ এজন ছাত্র। তেওঁৰ ৰোল নং ৩১। তেওঁ পঞ্চম মান শ্ৰেণীৰ পৰা আপোনাৰ স্কুলত পঢ়িছে আৰু ইমানদিনে প্ৰতিটো পৰীক্ষাতে কৃতিত্ব দেখুৱাইছে।
দীৰ্ঘদিন ধৰি অসুস্থ থকাৰ বাবে তেওঁ ৫ নম্বৰ কম পাই বাৰ্ষিক পৰীক্ষাত উত্তীৰ্ণ হ’ব নোৱাৰিলে।
সেয়েহে মই অনুৰোধ কৰো যে, যদি তেওঁৰ যোৱা পৰীক্ষাবোৰৰ ফলাফল চাই তেওঁক দশম মান শ্ৰেণীলৈ উৰ্তিৰ্ণ কৰি তেওঁৰ এটি মূল্যবান শিক্ষা বছৰ ৰক্ষা কৰে তেতিয়াহ’লে মই অতিকৈ আনন্দিত হ’ম।
