মাননীয় মহাশয়,
সন্মানপূৰ্বক আপোনাক জনাব খোজো যে মহেন্দ্ৰ মোহন হস্পিটেললৈ চিকিৎসাৰ বাবে বহু দূৰ দূৰণিৰ পৰা বহু দুখীয়া-নিছলা ৰোগী আহে সুচিকিৎসা বিচাৰি। কিন্তু বৰ্তমান সময়ত হস্পিটেলখনৰ দুৰৱস্থা দেখিলে ৰোগী আৰু অভিভাৱকৰ মন বিচলিত হৈ পৰে।
হস্পিটেলখনত পৰ্য্যাপ্ত বিছনা নথকা বাবে ৰোগীসকলে য’তে ত’তে, মজিয়া আৰু বাৰান্দাতো পৰি থাকিবলগীয়া হৈছে। আনহাতে ডাক্তৰ-নাৰ্চেও বাধ্যত পৰি মজিয়া বা বাৰান্দাতে পৰি থকা ৰোগীসকলক আওহেলা কৰা দেখা যায়।
মোৰ মা আজি তিনিদিন ধৰি চিটৰ অভাৱত বাৰান্দাত পৰি থাকিবলগীয়া হৈছে। তথাপি সময়মতে ডাক্তৰ-নাৰ্চৰ সহাৰি পাই থাকিলে কিছু সকাহ পালোহেতেন। কিন্তু দেখা গৈছে যে এইক্ষেত্ৰত তেওঁলোকৰ পৰা কোনো সহাৰি পোৱা নাযায়।
সেয়েহে উপায়বিহীন হৈ মই আপোনাৰ ওচৰত আবেদন জনাইছোঁ যাতে বাৰান্দা আৰু মজিয়াত পৰি থকা ৰোগীসকলৰ সুচিকিৎসাৰ বিহিত ব্যৱস্থা কৰি বাধিত কৰে।

Respected Sir,
With due respect I would like to state that many poor patients do come to Mahendra Mohan Choudhury hospital from distant places seeking good medical care and treatment. But the present plight of the hospital saddens the mind of the patients and their guardians.
The poor patients are forced to use the floor and the veranda of the hospital for want of sufficient beds for the patients. Even the doctors and nurses on duty seem to neglect these poor patients lying on the floor.
My mother has been lying on the veranda of the hospital since three days now for want of bed. Even than we would have been relieved a bit if only she would have been given some medical attention towards her by the doctor and nurses on duty. But it is seen that they do not have any response towards these patients.
Therefore, Sir, I have approached you on behalf of these poor patients to take necessary steps for providing best medical treatment to them who are lying on the floor and oblige.
