This is to inform you that I have been a consumer of your company since January 25, 2004. For the last 4 days, my phone has had almost neither any incoming nor outgoing calls can be made. I face terrible difficulties as I am completely detached from the outer world.

My business suffers a lot. Please restore the connection as soon as possible.

মহাশয়,

যোৱা ২৫ জানুৱাৰী, ২০০৪ পৰা মই আপোনালোকৰ গ্ৰাহক। যোৱা চাৰিদিন ধৰি মোৰ ফোনটো মৃত হৈ আছে। কোনো কল অহাও নাই আৰু যোৱাও নাই। এই বাবে মোৰ খুবেই অসুবিধা হৈছে। ব্যৱসায়ত অনেক ক্ষতি হৈছে। অনুমান হৈছে মই যেন বাহিৰৰ পৃথিৱীৰ পৰা ছিচ্ছিন্ন হৈ আছো। অনুগ্ৰহ কৰি যিমান সোনকালে সম্ভৱ মোৰ ফোনৰ সংযোগ ঠিক কৰি দিয়ে যেন।
