Respected Sir,
With due respect we would like to inform you for your kind information that since one month the food-stuff supplied to the inmates of the Guwahati District jail is of very poor quality comparable to cow fodder. Many of the inmates of the jail have fallen ill after consuming Jail food-stuff and have to be admitted to the Jail hospital. Particularly they are complaining about stomach ailment.
In such circumstances, if your honour do not pay attention to the problem, it is likely that more inmates will become ill and their health will deteriorate further.
Therefore, Sir, you are requested to kindly adopt steps necessary and to see the proper supply of standard food-stuff to the jail inmates and oblige.
