Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that currently we have opened a current account in your bank which started operating on and from……. However, we are in dire need of a new cheque book which is why we do not have any as of now. Please issue a cheque book containing fifty pages at least per bearer of this letter. Due to some unavoidable reasons, especially for getting busy somewhere else, we need a bearer cheque book in lieu of the ordinary one.

We are sending herewith the required form duly filled in and signed as well.

আমি ইয়াৰ লগতে আপোনালোকৰ নিৰ্দিষ্ট ফৰ্মটো যথাযথভাৱে পূৰণ কৰি আৰু চহী কৰি পঠাই দিলো।
