Dear Sir,
I am in receipt of the bill dated ________ Of my Telephone for the month of _______ But I regret to observe that the bill seems too high.
However, I am paying the bill off, but request you to make a proper enquiry about the matter and to adjust and deduct the excess amount in my next bill, if actually found excess.
The amount of this bill is surprisingly higher than what I usually pay every month. Therefore, I do sincerely hope that justice will be done to me and appreciating my difficulty in paying such a heavy amount, you will do the needful on receipt of this letter.

মহাশয়,
মোৰ উপৰোক্ত টেলিফোনৰ কাৰণে আপোনালোকে _________ তাৰিখে পঠোৱা,_________ মাহৰ বিল মই পাইছো। কিন্তু দুখেৰে সৈতে জনাও যে, বিলৰ টকাৰ পৰিমাণ খুব বেচি বুলি অনুমান হৈছে।
যিহওক, মই বিলৰ টকা জমা কৰি দিছো। কিন্তু এই বিষয়ে যথাযথভাৱে অনুসন্ধান কৰি চোৱাৰ বাবে অনুৰোধ কৰিলো। যদি বিলৰ টকা সচাকৈয়ে বেচিকৈ ধৰা হৈছে তেতিয়াহ’লে পিচৰ মাহৰ বিলৰ পৰা যেন সেইখিনি বাদ দি দিয়ে।
মই প্ৰতি মাহত বিলৰ যি টকা দিও তাতকৈ এই বিলৰ টকা বহুতো বেচি। সেয়েহে মই আশা কৰো, মোৰ প্ৰতি সুবিচাৰ কৰি আৰু ইমান বেচি টকাৰ বিল দিয়া মোৰ পক্ষে কষ্টকৰ এই কথা বিবেচনা কৰি মোৰ এই চিঠি পোৱাৰ লগে লগে প্ৰয়োজনীয় ব্যৱস্থা গ্ৰহণ কৰিব।
