Assam HS 2nd Year Exam Routine: The Assam State School Education Board (ASSEB) has released the exam routine for the Higher Secondary (HS) 2nd Year Examination 2025. The exams are scheduled to start on 13th February 2025 and will conclude on 17th March 2025, with practical exams taking place from 29th January to 10th February 2025.

*Modern Indian Languages include: Assamese, Bengali, Bodo, Garo, Hmar, Hindi, Khasi, Manipuri, Mizo, Nepali, Urdu & Karbi.

*Advance Languages include: Advance Assamese, Advance Bengali, Advance Bodo, Advance Hindi & Advance Manipuri.

Music (Group A) include: Hindustani Vocal, Kathak Dance, Tabla, Violin, Sitar

Music (Group B) include: Sattriya Vocal Music (Borgeet), Sattriya Dance, Khol

Music (Group C) include: (i) Assamese Folk Music/ (ii) Assamese Folk Dance (Theory paper will be common for both the subjects, but, Practical paper will be separate.)

Examination Timing for Morning Shift from 09.00 AM to 11.00 AM/ Afternoon Shift from 01.30 PM to 03.30 PM (For 30/50/60 Marks)

** Vocational Papers include: Paper-1 & II.

10 (TEN) MINUTES EXTRA TIME IS ALLOWED FROM 8.50 A.M. ΤΟ 9.00 Α.Μ. IN THE MORNING SHIFT AND 1.20 Ρ.Μ. ΤΟ 1.30 P.M. IN THE AFTERNOON SHIFT TO READ THE QUESTION PAPER ONLY. THE OFFICER- IN-CHARGE WILL ARRANGE TO DISTRIBUTE THE QUESTION PAPERS ACCORDINGLY.

THE PRACTICAL EXAMINATIONS WILL BE HELD FROM 29TH JANUARY TO 10TH FEBRUARY, 2025 IN EACH INSTITUTION UNDER JURISDICTION OF ASSEB, DIV.-II WHEREFROM STUDENTS WERE REGISTERED IN 2023-24 SESSION.
