Ans: (i) Physical Development: Physical education and sports activities helped me become physically fit and healthy. Regular exercise improved my strength, stamina, flexibility, and overall fitness. It also helped me maintain a healthy lifestyle.

(ii) Mental Development: Sports helped me improve my concentration, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Playing games taught me how to stay focused and think quickly in different situations.

(iii) Social Development: Participating in sports helped me make new friends and work as part of a team. It taught me cooperation, communication, and respect for others.

(iv) Emotional Development: Sports helped me control my emotions and handle both success and failure positively. It reduced stress and increased my confidence and self-esteem.

Ans: Traditional games helped students improve their physical fitness, strength, speed, and stamina. They also taught teamwork, discipline, co-operation, patience, and respect for rules. By playing together, students learned social values, emotional control, confidence, and leadership qualities. These games also improved mental alertness and decision-making abilities.

Developing confidence, curiosity, and willingness to learn can help the student participate in different physical activities and improve overall physical literacy.
