Ans: One of my favorite stress management techniques is deep breathing exercises. It is a great way to reduce the activation of your sympathetic nervous system, which controls the body’s response of fight or flight to a perceived threat. Deep breaths taken in for a count of five seconds, held for two seconds and released for a count of five seconds, can help activate your parasympathetic nervous system to rest and digest, which helps reduce the overall stress and anxiety you may be experiencing. In this field, dealing with customer complaints, long working hours, and the need for quick decision-making can be stressful. Deep breathing allows me to pause, regain focus, and reduce anxiety, promoting clarity and composure. By focusing on slow, deep breaths, it helps to lower heart rates, relax the body, and clear the mind, ensuring that I can handle stressful situations with a more balanced and calm approach.

Ans: Entrepreneurs are responsible for managing and growing their businesses by making key decisions, identifying opportunities, and addressing challenges. They develop business plans, secure funding, and ensure that operations run smoothly. Entrepreneurs oversee marketing, sales, finance, and human resources to drive growth. They innovate, adapt to market changes, and work to differentiate their products or services from competitors.
