How to Apply for Assam College Admission?

• Start registration with a stable internet connection, and visit the Assam State Higher Education Admission Portal. Click on Registration on the homepage.
• Enter your accurate details and other information as mentioned in your marksheet along with your documents.
• Entered your valid and active e-mail address.
• Entered a strong password.
• Complete CAPTCHA verification.
• Click on register to submit your application.
• Once you register. Return to the Assam State Higher Education Admission Portal homepage.
• Under the “Registered User Login“, enter your Registration Number or the registered email address you used during registration.
• Type in your password (You created while registering).
• Complete the CAPTCHA verification again.
• Click on “Login” to access your SAMARTH Admission Portal account.
• After login, Click on apply or online examination form. Carefully read the instructions. 
• Fill in the information accurately as mentioned in your mark sheet or document like personal information, Educational background, category, and other information attach copies of required documents, and submit them.

1. What if I forgot my password?

Ans: Click on forgot password, a new page will open enter your active e-mail, and the portal with send a password reset link, check your e-mail click on reset password create a new password, and save.

2. Who can register on the portal?

Ans: Any undergraduate students who are seeking admission to Assam universities can register. 

3. After submission can I edit my application?

Ans: Yes for a specific time. Select the desired application status. Click on “Edit Application” for the form number to be edited. Verify and confirm the details, then submit the form again by clicking “Submit”.
