The Assam State School Education Board, Division-II (ASSEB, DIV-II) has officially announced the reopening of the DARPAN online admission portal for Higher Secondary (HS) 1st Year admissions for the 2025–26 academic session. This decision comes in light of recent examination results, giving students a final opportunity to secure their seats.
H.S 1st Year Admission & Institutional Transfer – Final Golden Opportunity
Admission Window
The DARPAN portal will be open from August 13 to August 16, 2025 for submission of fresh applications to HS 1st Year. Eligible students are advised to apply within this period through the official websites:
- www.ahscc.assam.gov.in
- https://darpan.ahscconline.in
Institutions will be able to carry out the admission process simultaneously during this time.
Transfer Facility
- Responding to numerous requests, ASSEB has also allowed inter-institution transfers for HS 1st Year students between August 13 and August 16, 2025. However, there is a cap:
- A maximum of two students can be transferred between any two specific institutions.
- If more transfer requests are received, the Board reserves the right to cancel the excess applications.
- The last date for confirmation of admission by institutions is August 20, 2025, which is also the deadline for completing the transfer process.
- Secretary, ASSEB Division-II, urged students and institutions to adhere strictly to the deadlines to ensure a smooth admission process.
Important Note
The Board has made it clear that offline admissions TOP 10 Universities in India – Admission, Courses, Eligibility, and Fees will not be entertained under any circumstances. All procedures must be completed online within the given timeframe.

🔹 Conditions of Eligibility
- For students who have passed the HSLC examination.
- Must be willing to take admission in a school or college approved by the Government of Assam.
- Admission will be possible only in institutions where seats are available.

- HSLC Marks Sheet and Pass Certificate.
- Birth Certificate or HSLC Admit Card.
- Passport-size photographs (2 copies).
- Caste Certificate (if applicable).

- Select your preferred school/college and submit the application.
- After approval from the selected institution, pay the fees and complete the Final Enrollment process.
⚠️ Importance of Last Date
- This special opportunity will close after 16th August.
- Apply before the last moment (16th August) to avoid missing out.
