Dear Sir,

I would like to remind you that in your last letter you had committed to me the date and time when you were supposed to vacate my premises. You have become a defaulter in payment of rent for the last four months and your financial position at present does permit you to make up the dues. If you cooperate with me, I would have not pressed you in paying up the arrears and I would forgo four months’ rent provided you vacated my premises on the agreed date.

           However, I regret to mention to you in this connection that you have not acted according to mutual agreement and have continued to stay on in my premises even after the settled date of vacation. As further concession, I shall grant you another one month to shift yourself elsewhere after which please do not blame me if I proceed against you for establishing my right.

             যাহওক, মই দুখেৰে সৈতে জনাইছো যে, আপুনি চুক্তিমতে কাম কৰা নাই আৰু নিৰ্দাৰিত সময়ৰ পিছতো আপুনি মোৰ ঘৰত বাস কৰি আছে। আপোনাক আৰু কিছু সুবিধা দিয়াৰ বাবে আৰু এমাহ সময় দিছো যাতে আপুনি অন্য ঠাইলৈ উঠি যাব পাৰে। ইয়াৰ পাচত মই যদি আপোনাৰ বিৰুদ্ধে আইন অনুযায়ী ব্যৱস্থা অৱলম্বন কৰো তেতিয়াহ’লে মোক কোনো দোষ নিদিব।
