সন্মানপূৰ্বক জনাব খোজোঁ যে মোৰ এখন এক লাখ টকাৰ জীৱন বীমা পলিচী আছে যিখনৰ নম্বৰ হ’ল ৪৮০০০৩৪৫৬৭ আৰু যোৱা ১৫ বছৰে এই পলিচীৰ বিপৰীতে ধন জমা কৰি আহিছোঁ আৰু এতিয়ালৈ কোনো ঋণ গ্ৰহণ কৰা নাই।
কিন্তু মোৰ ছোৱালীৰ বিয়াৰ বাবে হঠাৎ মোৰ টকাৰ আৱশ্যক হৈছে যাৰ বাবে উক্ত পলিচীখনৰ বিপৰীতে মই ঋণ গ্ৰহণ কৰিব খুজিছোঁ। আশাকৰোঁ মই কিমানখিনি ঋণ পাব পাৰো সেয়া মোক অতি সোনকালে দি বাধিত কৰিব বুলি আশা কৰিলোঁ। আপোনাৰ বিচাৰ্য্যৰ বাবে পলিচিখন ইয়াৰ লগতে গাঠি দিলোঁ।

With due respect I would like to state that I possess a L.I.C. Policy with one lakh sum assured money and it’s No. is 4800034567 against which I have been paying premium money regularly for the last 15 years although I have not availed any loan against it.
But, because of my daughter’s marriage I need money and so I would like to avail loan against my said policy.
I hope you will please make arrangements to pay the loan as soon as possible after making necessary formalities. I have enclosed the policy along with this application.
