Sub: Complaint For an Excess Electric Bill.
Dear Sir,
I regret to observe that the electric bill for the last month which I received yesterday seems too high in relation to the other bills of the previous months. The amount charged in this bill is too much than what I actually pay every month, while the consumption is usual.
However, I am paying off the bill, although it is really difficult for me to pay such a heavy amount. I would, therefore, request you to be so good as to kindly make an enquiry into the matter and to adjust the excess amount in the next bill, if found excess due to some official discrepancy.
I hope you will sympathetically deal with my case and do the needful.

অতি দুখেৰে জনাব লগা হৈছে যে, যোৱা মাহৰ যি ইলেকট্ৰিক বিল মই যোৱা কালি পাইছো সেইটো আগৰ মাহবোৰৰ তুলনাত বহুতো বেছি বুলি অনুমান হৈছে। এই বিলত যি টকা ধাৰ্য্য কৰা হৈছে সেইটো পৰিমাণ মই সাধাৰণতে নিয়মিত যি পাই থাকো তাতকৈ বহুতো বেছি। অথচ বিদ্যুতৰ খৰছ আগৰ দৰে একেই আছে।
যি হওক, ইমান বেছি টকা দিয়া মোৰ বাবে কষ্টকৰ হ’লেও মই এই বিলৰ টকা জমা দিলো। মোৰ অনুৰোধ, আপুনি এই বিষয়ে অনুসন্ধান কৰি চাব আৰু যদি দেখা যায় অফিচৰ ভুলৰ বাবে বিলৰ টকাৰ পৰিমাণ বেছি হৈছে, তেতিয়াহ’লে সেই টকা পিছৰ মাহৰ বিলৰ পৰা বাদ দিব।
