সন্মানপূৰ্বক বিনীত নিবেদন এই যে মই এজন জ্যেষ্ঠ নাগৰিক। শিক্ষা বিভাগত সুদীৰ্ঘ ৪০ বছৰ চৰকাৰী চাকৰি কৰি বৰ্তমান অৱসৰ গ্ৰহণ কৰিছোঁ। এই পত্ৰৰ যোগেদি বৰ্তমান আমাৰ সমাজত আৰু বিশেষকৈ গুৱাহাটী মহানগৰীত কেনেকৈ সমাজবিৰোধী কাৰ্য্যকলাপ বৃদ্ধি পাইছে তাকে আপোনাক অৱগত কৰিব খুজিছোঁ।
বৰ্তমান ল’ৰা-ছোৱালীয়ে দিন দুপৰতে মদ খাই অপ্ৰীতিকৰ ঘটনা সংঘটিত কৰা দেখা গৈছে। তদুপৰি নিষিদ্ধ (ড্ৰাগছ) নিচা আদিত আসক্ত হৈ সমাজ বিৰোধী কামত লিপ্ত হোৱা দেখা গৈছে। নিচাসক্ত হৈ গাড়ী, যানবাহন চলাই নানা অঘটন ঘটোৱাটো নিত্য নৈমিত্তিক ঘটনাত পৰিণত হৈছে।
মহানগৰীৰ এই ডেকাচামৰ নৈতিক স্খলনত সমাজ বিৰোধী, স্মাগলাৰ, নিচাযুক্ত দ্ৰব্য বেচোতা আদিবোৰ দায়ী। সেয়েহে এই পত্ৰযোগে দয়ালু মহোদয়ৰ ওচৰত একান্ত অনুৰোধ যাতে এই সমাজ বিৰোধী লোকসকলৰ ওপৰত বিহিত ব্যৱস্থা কৰি এই নতুন প্ৰজন্মক ৰক্ষা কৰে।

Respected Sir,
With due respect I would like to state that I am a senior citizen and I am retired now after serving 40 years in the education department in the Assam government. With this application I would like to put record how the anti-social activities have increased manifold in our society and particularly in our Guwahati city.
At present many boys and girls of tender age indulge in unlawful activities even at noon after getting drunk and creating un pleasant situations everywhere. Moreover, many of them are involved in anti-social activities after getting drug-addicted. Frequent road accidents on the city roads have become a daily affair due to the rush driving of motor-bikes by these drug addicted and drunk youths.
It is the anti-social elements like smugglers and drug peddlers who are mainly responsible for the moral degeneration of our youths. So I request you through this application to kindly adopt appropriate measures to curb anti-social activities and to save our new generation.
