Dear Sir,
I am sorry to inform you of the fact that my meter is not working for two months and for consecutive two months there has been no reading in the meter which is practically left defunct. You are sending me the monthly bills on average. But this cannot go on for long.
Under the circumstances, I request you to send your men to replace the defective meter at your earliest convenience, so that there may be correct reading of the meter and the correct electric bills are prepared therefore.
I hope you will consider my case favourably and give order for replacement at an earliest date.

অতি দুখেৰে সৈতে জনাব লগা হৈছে যে, যোৱা দুমাহ ধৰি আমাৰ মিটাৰে কোনো কাম কৰা নাই। মিটাৰ বন্ধ হৈ থকা বাবে মিটাৰৰ পৰা ৰিডিং নিয়া হোৱা নাই। আপোনালোকে গড় অনুপাতে বিল পঠাইছে, কিন্তু এনেদৰে বেছি দিন চলাটো সমীচিন নহয়।
এই অৱস্থাত মোৰ অনুৰোধ, আপোনালোকে মানুহ পঠাই বেয়া হোৱা মিটাৰটো আতৰাই তাৰ ঠাইত এটি নতুন মিটাৰ বহুৱাব, যাতে ভালদৰে ৰিডিং নিয়া সম্ভৱ হয় আৰু ঠিকমতে বিল বনোৱা হয়।
